There is something about Rhela's quiet threat and intensity, something in the way she carries herself, that current and former soldiers might recognize. Just don't ask her where or who she served.

Rhela can be found in both legal and illegal fight pits fairly regularly. While she doesn't look like much, she's fast and vicious and more than a little bit insane.

Those who travel in seedier circles may know Rhela by reputation, or on sight. Rarely far from power and authority's side, she is quick to jump in and defend or attack the moment an order is given.

Not a mercenary or a bounty hunter, but something more sinister. Rhela may or may not be associated with a recent increase in disappearances and suspected murders around Kugane.
